If you have your tree removed and destroyed officially (at the moment i think this is with TRAGSA then you are entitled to compensation according to the law, Order of 24/02/04 DOGV 4707

TRAGSA will provide you with a certificate to confirm the removal of your tree(s)

You have to follow these procedures:

Take the form (Acta de destruccion / mantenimiento to your bank and have them signed in front of a bank representative and get them to sign it as well. Enclose the form with your NIE and a copy of your last SUMA receipt and take this to the Conselleria Agaria In Orihuela, Calle Lopez Poza. They forward the forms to Valencia who will then consider the correct amount of compensation.
